Pramata Introduces GPT-Assist Tool and New Pre-Signature Contracting Functionality
Updates to the company's CLM platform include new pre-signature functionality that allows users to leverage their full contract repository, as well as a GPT-Assist feature that will leverage large language models to power the creation and maintenance of Playbooks and Approval Policies in natural language.

On Tuesday, contract lifecycle management (CLM) provider Pramata unveiled a new version of its contract management platform, adding pre-signature and GPT-Assist capabilities. "The new updates empower contract management teams to create and maintain world-class pre-signature processes at a fraction of the cost and considerably less time than traditional CLM approaches," the press release said.
According to the press release, the new pre-signature capabilities allow users "to leverage the full scope of an organization's existing contract repository and relationships' history … driv[ing] massive efficiency in contract requests, drafting, negotiation, and approvals for existing and new relationships."

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
