Artificial IntelligenceOn Monday, contract life cycle management company Evisort announced that it is integrating generative artificial intelligence into its platform, joining a growing number of legal tech providers leveraging the technology.
Jerry Ting, the CEO and founder of Evisort, told Legaltech News that the generative AI technology is a blend of its own proprietary AI and OpenAI's various large language models, including GPT-4.
A primary function of Evisort's proprietary AI is to trigger the appropriate LLM to act when necessary. For example, the LLM leveraged can depend on whether the CLM process is in negotiations, which requires a specific model, versus whether the contract is being signed, which requires another.
