The struggle legal-operations professionals have faced in convincing a group of tech-averse lawyers to change their ways has existed since legal-ops became a job description.

But they have made some headway, chipping away at the traditionalist reserve of corporate legal over the years and taking them from faxes to emails to Teams and Slack. Still, with more tools in the legal-tech market than ever before and more technology emerging at what can feel like a blinding pace, legal-operations professionals do have their jobs cut out for them.
