On Tuesday, matter management software LawBase became the latest legal tech solution to announce a generative AI integration.
Phil Homburger, the president of LawBase, spoke with Legaltech News about the platform's move to integrate with various generative AI including OpenAI's GPT-3.5 model, why the need for it came about, and how the company plans to set itself apart from the crowd.
What It Is: The generative AI integration into the matter management platform LawBase, allows users to access data within the system by typing out questions, or in the case of Windows users, verbally asking questions using the voice-typing feature.
