First launched in the United Kingdom in 2021, Lexis Create, a drafting solution built into Microsoft Word, will be available for U.S. customers in Q3 for the first time, with generative AI enhancements planned to follow shortly after.

On Wednesday, LexisNexis unveiled a series of announcements, including the phased release of a new product for U.S. customers, Lexis Create, as well as upcoming generative artificial intelligence capabilities to be added to several LexisNexis products including Lexis Connect.
Lexis Create, which will be available to U.S. customers in Q3, is a drafting solution built into Microsoft Word. It will bring some of Lexis+ capabilities into the Microsoft Word environment such as Practical Guidance and Market Standards content, Shepard's Citations, AI-powered Clause Intelligence, and other collaboration tools.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
