On Monday, e-discovery provider DISCO announced that company co-founder Kiwi Camara will step down as CEO. Scott Hill, a member of DISCO's board of directors and the former chief financial officer of Intercontinental Exchange, will serve as interim CEO as the company conducts a search for a new permanent CEO, a press release stated.

Camara will assist Hill during the transition, the release said. No reason was given for Camara's departure, and the release simply said that Camara "has decided to step down from his roles as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors."

"It is a privilege to lead DISCO as CEO," said Hill in the release. "I have seen DISCO's dedication to innovation and its commitment to using technology to empower lawyers and legal professionals to deliver better legal outcomes. I look forward to leading DISCO as our talented team helps lawyers around the world realize the power and potential of AI."
