Every year, at one of the more popular sessions at Relativity Fest, a panel of judges comes together to discuss and debate the current trends in e-discovery and beyond.

This year, at Relativity Fest 2023, at the Judicial Panel hosted by David Horrigan, discovery counsel at Relativity, the judges had their plates full. After all, the volume of ESI is reaching new peaks in most cases, while data types continue to proliferate, and the potential of generative artificial intelligence technology begins to crystallize.
