On Monday, Cooley announced the launch of a free digital platform called Cooley D+O that shifts the annual directors and officers questionnaire process online, and allows clients and attorneys to work collaboratively.

Jason Kent, the co-chair of Cooley’s public companies practice, told Legaltech News that the launch of Cooley D+O is in line with how the firm approaches innovative solution offerings, essentially by developing online solutions targeted to specific practices. Earlier this year, Cooley launched a similar solution for automating its private investment practice, called Vanilla 2.0. Before that, the firm launched Cooley Go, a digital platform meant to be a one-stop shop for entrepreneurs and private companies to receive guidance and learn about industry trends.
