Exterro Acquires Data Discovery Platform Divebell Expanding Its Privacy Compliance Capabilities
With the acquisition, Exterro looks to become a one-stop-shop that covers the entire data compliance lifecycle.

On Wednesday, e-discovery and information governance software provider Exterro announced the acquisition of Divebell, a data discovery and privacy platform. The financials terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.
Starting Wednesday, Exterro and Divebell will operate as a combined company, with all Divebell technology now under the Exterro label. Additionally, all Divebell employees will join Exterro, however their exact titles haven't yet been decided, the CEO and co-founder of Divebell Vikram Shrowty told Legaltech News.
