But last week, professionals at the Georgetown University Law Center’s annual Advanced eDiscovery Institute conference were able to hear directly from both U.S. and European regulators on some of the lessons learned from recent enforcement actions, what their compliance expectations are and what their areas of focus will be going into 2024.
