On Thursday, e-discovery provider DISCO announced the general release of its Cecilia AI platform, which includes a suite of features including Cecilia Q&A, Cecilia Timelines and a new review capability.

The general release of the new platform comes after a series of announcements from DISCO this year. In March, the provider announced the launch of DISCO Cecilia, its generative AI chatbot that allows users to ask questions of their e-discovery data set and receive answers with evidence citations. In July, Cecilia launched in private access for select customers. A month later, DISCO added Timelines, a new feature that can automatically generate timelines of uploaded legal documents such as complaints, review protocols and internal memos, to its cloud-based collaboration software Case Builder.
