RegulationAs soon at generative AI hit the public consciousness, the push to regulate it quickly followed. While there has been more proposed regulation than actual action to date, the regulation of AI is looking like it might follow the path of data privacy legislation, resulting in a patchwork of laws before more comprehensive, far-reaching legislation is enacted. Indeed, experts expect 2024 to be a big year for the regulation of technology, particularly AI.
