While a bulk of the innovation discussion tends to focus on the business and practice of law, technology’s impact on the legal industry runs deeper, and it’s likely to make an even bigger impact still in allowing legal to help the greater good in 2024.

Industry experts have made a number of positive predictions on legal tech’s impact in the areas of ESG, DEI, mental health, attorney well-being and more in the coming year. In addition, there’s much hope in the industry that generative AI will help to move the needle in the right direction when it comes to improving access to justice, though there’s still plenty of progress to be made.
