CLM Provider Evisort Launches Document X-Ray, a Gen AI Custom Model Builder
Evisort's Document X-Ray turns users' natural language questions about their contracts into custom, artificial intelligence models that can automatically populate data fields for any agreements.

Contract lifecycle management (CLM) provider Evisort announced on Tuesday the release of Document X-Ray, a contract analysis solution that turns users' questions about their contracts into custom, artificial intelligence models.
This release was made possible by Evisort's proprietary large language model (LLM), which was announced in October 2023, and is built specifically for legal agreements.
What It Is: Document X-Ray is a generative AI-powered contract analysis solution that is the second piece of Evisort's "Ask Anything, Track Everything" strategy. While Evisort's conversational AI interface released last year lets users ask anything about their contracts, Document X-Ray comes in to turn natural language questions into AI models that can automatically populate data fields for any agreements.

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments.
