On Tuesday, alternate legal service provider Epiq announced the expansion of its Epiq Service Cloud with three new categories of services it has been building out over the past year: professional services, Azure OpenAI Solutions and Azure OpenAI Platform.

These three pillars are a result of Epiq's five-year-long development of its own cloud infrastructure along with its experience leveraging the Microsoft Azure platform, said Roger Pilc, the president and general manager of global legal solutions at Epiq.

What's in the New Pillars?

The three new pillars are a culmination of integrating AI into Epiq's own cloud infrastructure, the Epiq Cloud Service and consists of capabilities that have been rolled out over the course of 2023, Pilc explained.
