On Tuesday, CRM provider TRĒ AI announced that Todd Miller, founder of gwabbit, an enterprise relationship management (ERM) company that was bought by Intapp in 2019, has acquired a majority stake in the company and will become its new CEO. Miller most recently served as CEO at technology consultancy Pacific Knowledge Systems.

TRĒ AI offers an eponymous CRM solution that it markets as a "turnkey" AI-driven product that looks to mitigate the challenges legal teams face with lengthy CRM implementations by deploying within minutes. The CRM product, which debuted at Legalweek 2024 in New York, will officially launch on Wednesday at the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) conference in San Diego, according to the company.

Miller told Legaltech News in an email that he acquired a majority stake in TRĒ because he sees it as the ideal CRM platform. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
