Let's kick things off this morning with a little bit of news.
Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, the largest all-disputes law firm in the world, announced this morning that it's partnering with Pre/Dicta, the legal tech start-up that's harnessing artificial intelligence and data analytics to create forecasting tools for litigators. As part of the deal, Quinn Emanuel litigators in the United States will have access to the full suite of Pre/Dicta tools.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
