SurePoint Technologies Acquires Business Intelligence Provider Leopard Solutions
The acquisition of Leopard Solutions, founded by Laura Leopard, comes a little over two years after Surepoint bought Cole Valley Software, developer of law firm client relationship management (CRM) software company ContactEase.

Financial, client relationship and practice management software provider SurePoint Technologies announced on Thursday that it acquired legal business intelligence and analytics company Leopard Solutions. The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded by Laura Leopard in 2002, Leopard Solutions offers competitive intelligence, benchmark reports, and law firm and corporate counsel databases, among other products. Per the terms of the acquisition, Leopard will continue on in her role as general manager of Leopard Solutions.
A press release announcing the acquisition noted that the deal will now give Surepoint customers access to "insights into various aspects of their operations, including new practice areas to pursue, competitor hiring benchmarks, firm health index scores, and analysis on existing relationships with prospective clients and potential hires."
