During the week of the "Microsoft Build" developer conference, on Wednesday, two new legal tech companies—NetDocuments and contract life cycle management provider Evisort—announced integrations with Microsoft Copilot, the company's generative artificial intelligence chatbot assistant that is powered by the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.

In a news release, Evisort noted that its integration with Copilot enables more seamless access to contract data within the Microsoft ecosystem. "The integration will surface deep contract insights and enable workflows in conjunction with other Microsoft products, like SharePoint and Dynamics, to accelerate the drafting and negotiation of agreements," the company wrote.
