LexisNexis announced on Monday that it has agreed to acquire Belgian contract drafting startup Henchman. The transaction is expected to close early in the second half of the year, pending customary regulatory consent. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the terms of the deal, the entire Henchman staff will join Lexis.
