Brazilian contract life cycle management provider netLex announced on Wednesday that it closed a $22.7 million (R$126 million) funding round, making it one of Brazil's largest legal tech investments.

The round, which is intended to enhance product development and artificial intelligence integrations into the CLM process, and expand the company's reach beyond Brazil, was led by Riverwood Capital.

NetLex is focused on legal, procurement and sales at corporations. Its solution works to streamline the creation, negotiation and signing of contracts, according to a news release.
