Martin Shkreli, also known as the “Pharma Bro,” faced a setback in his case against digital art collective PleasrDAO last month.

On Aug. 23, U.S. District Judge Pamela Chen of the Eastern District of New York issued a preliminary injunction against Shkreli preventing him from streaming or disseminating copies of the one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album, ”Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.” Shkreli was first slapped with a federal trade secret misappropriation lawsuit in June.
