On Wednesday, Paris-based legal tech and data governance company DiliTrust announced that it has acquired e-discovery and enterprise legal management (ELM) tech provider doeLEGAL.
DoeLEGAL President Bruce Kuennen told Legaltech News that the deal was spurred in part by DiliTrust's desire to expand to the U.S. market.
