France-Based Legal Tech Company DiliTrust Expands to US Market With doeLegal Acquisition
In addition to gaining a well-established foothold in the U.S., doeLEGAL also offered DiliTrust a complimentary enterprise legal management product suite.

Legal TechnologyOn Wednesday, Paris-based legal tech and data governance company DiliTrust announced that it has acquired e-discovery and enterprise legal management (ELM) tech provider doeLEGAL.
DoeLEGAL President Bruce Kuennen told Legaltech News that the deal was spurred in part by DiliTrust's desire to expand to the U.S. market.
"When we came up as an opportunity for DiliTrust in an acquisition, it basically gave them an immediate presence within the U.S. … So this is their first foray into the U.S."
