This fall, the University of California Irvine Law School offered a Modern Legal Practice Management course, where students learn how to navigate practice management, legal lifecycle matters, and client needs with assistance from generative AI tools.
Executive coach and consultant Amy Wegener and O'Melveny & Myers LLP managing director for information Ali Shahidi teamed up to co-develop and co-teach the course, which is currently underway.
