Debevoise & Plimpton became one of the latest Am Law 50 law firms to add transactional talent lately, bringing on Gordon Moodie, a longtime corporate partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz who most recently spent a year at legal AI platform Harvey.
Moodie joins Debevoise as a partner in its M&A and public advisory group in New York, the firm said this week.
