Reveal Acquires Redaction Tool Source Code From E-Discovery Provider Milyli
Reveal said it acquired Blackout source code in hopes of boosting redaction capabilities on its e-discovery platform.

Mergers and AcquisitionsOn Thursday, e-discovery company Reveal announced that it has acquired the source code for redaction tool Blackout from e-discovery software firm Milyli.
Reveal has already begun integrating the source code into its platform as it aims to bolster its artificial intelligence-powered redaction workflows, according to a news release.
"By acquiring this leading-edge redaction technology source code, we enhance the core functionality of our platform, making it more robust and agile," Reveal founder and CEO Wendell Jisa said in the release.
