Looker, attorneys at Winston & Strawn's San Francisco office, filed a complaint on behalf of Musi on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in San Jose. The suit alleged breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
