Legal tech startup EvenUp announced on Tuesday that it has raised $135 million in a Series D funding round led by Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Premji Invest, SignalFire, Bessemer Venture Partners and B Capital Group.
Previously, EvenUp raised $35 million in its Series C funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Forbes reported in August. In June 2023, the startup also secured a $50.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
