On Wednesday, data mining and analysis solutions provider Actfore announced that it has spun off from discovery, privacy compliance and data governance provider ActiveNav.
As an independent company, Actfore aims to exclusively focus on providing data solutions for legal counsel, corporations and other industry professionals when it comes to detecting sensitive information in the event of cyber breaches, according to a news release.
