On Monday, legal technology company Litera announced that Avaneesh Marwaha, its former CEO from 2016 to 2022 and its current chair of the board, will once again be taking on the role as chief executive, replacing Sheryl Hoskins.
Hoskins, who was appointed CEO in 2022, will continue to advise the Litera board until the end of the year, according to a news release. Before joining Litera, Hoskins served as the CEO of restaurant management software company Upserve and held executive positions at General Electric and McKesson Corp.
