On Monday, intellectual property management solutions company Anaqua announced that it plans to be acquired by Nordic Capital, a private equity investor.
In a news release, Nordic Capital Advisors partner and head of technology and payments Fredrik Näslund noted that the private equity firm will support Anaqua's future global expansion.
