Aracor AI: On Wednesday, Aracor AI announced the official launch of its platform, an integrated set of AI-powered legal tools. Co-founded by Katya Fisher, executive vice-chairman and CLO at Constructor Group, and Gordon Caplan, founder and CEO of Dutchess Management and former co-chairman at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, the company has been in testing for roughly one year. Tools on the platform include redlining, document review, and folder analysis for due diligence processes. The company’s offerings will also include Aracor Law, formed under Arizona’s Alternative Business Structure model, allowing the company to provide legal advice in addition to its tech offerings.
