BV Investment Partners Sells Frontline Managed Services to New Private Equity Owner
The sale of Frontline Managed Services to Broad Sky Partners comes almost a year after Frontline offloaded its e-discovery business to Complete Legal

On Wednesday, private equity firm BV Investment Partners announced that it sold Frontline Managed Services— an alternative legal service provider offering IT, cybersecurity, contract management and e-billing services—to private equity company Broad Sky Partners.
The sale comes almost a year after Frontline disclosed that it sold its e-discovery business to e-discovery services provider Complete Legal in late January 2024. Prior to the sale, Complete Legal itself announced a merger with two e-discovery and legal support companies.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
