Polsinelli Associate Launches Transaction Management Platform Project Fortress
M&A Associate Collen Steffen has built a Salesforce-based tool for legal deal teams, with his own firm as his first customer.

On December 4th, Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli announced that it was the first adopter of Project Fortress, a new deal management tool built on Salesforce.
Project Fortress was created by an eponymous company led by Polsinelli M&A associate Collen Steffen, who serves as founder and president of the startup. The new tool is intended to improve transaction workflows and allow clients greater insight into what their outside counsel is doing.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
