On Monday, Holtzman Vogel announced the launch of its new AI Startup Incubator Program. Designed to supply legal services to early-stage AI startups, the program will provide 10 hours of pro bono legal work per month for three months to each of two initially chosen companies.
Potential areas of assistance include business formation and structuring, contract drafting and review, partnership agreements, and regulatory compliance.
