On Tuesday, contract lifecycle management company Agiloft announced the acquisition of Screens, a generative artificial intelligence-powered contract playbook provider.
Screens sits directly in Microsoft Word, and will be offered as a stand-alone product in addition to being incorporated into Agiloft’s flagship Data-First Agreement Platform.
