On Thursday, online general counsel and chief legal officer network The L Suite announced its acquisition of Luminate+, an e-learning legal content platform.
“By integrating Luminate+’s cutting-edge platform with The L Suite’s robust community and industry-leading content partnerships, we’re transforming how legal professionals engage with CLE—enabling seamless access to a comprehensive library of essential knowledge aggregated from the world’s top law firms,” The L Suite co-founder Greg Raiten said in a news release.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
