SurePoint Acquires Legal Practice Management Company ZenCase
The acquisition comes just less than a year after SurePoint also acquired legal business intelligence and analytics company Leopard Solutions, which is now integrated with ZenCase.

On Thursday, financial, client relationship and practice management software provider SurePoint Technologies, which caters to law firm clients, announced that it acquired legal practice management company ZenCase. In addition to practice management software, ZenCase offers document automation and time and knowledge management tools, among other products.
The acquisition comes just less than a year after SurePoint also acquired legal business intelligence and analytics company Leopard Solutions.
SurePoint Technologies CEO Eric Thurston told Legaltech News that similar to Leopard Solutions, ZenCase will continue on as an independent brand. He added that the ZenCase team, which is mainly made up of product and engineering staff, will move over to SurePoint while the company’s founder and chairman TJ Fraser will continue leading ZenCase, “but his primary focus will be on product strategy.”
