On Tuesday, enterprise legal management and contract lifecycle management company Onit announced the acquisition of case and matter management software provider Legal Files Software.
The purchase, for an undisclosed amount, sees Onit expand its offerings, and will apply the company’s AI-powered workflow automation software to a variety of Legal Files tools.
