Veritext Legal Solutions Announces the Past Acquisitions of Three Alternative Dispute Resolution Firms
Veritext, which is moving deeper into the dispute resolution space, also appointed Matthew P. York as VP of alternative dispute resolution.

On Monday, deposition and litigation services provider Veritext Legal Solutions announced that it had previously acquired three alternative dispute resolution (ADR) firms. Specifically, the company purchased Upchurch Watson White & Max (UWWM) in 2023, as well as Resolute Systems and The McCammon Group in 2024.
With the acquisition of these firms, Veritext CEO Rich Antoneck says the company aims ”to offer innovative, client-centered solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the dispute resolution process,” according to a press release.
