On Thursday, legal technology provider Litera announced that it has acquired Peppermint Technology, a Nottingham, U.K.-based workflow management software provider. Financial terms of the transaction were not provided.
Led by CEO Gary Young, Peppermint is the maker of CX365, a platform of legal-specific applications built into Microsoft products. The platform’s tools include case and matter management solutions, a customer engagement offering, and more. The entire Peppermint team will be joining Litera as part of the transaction.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
