On Monday, New York-based law firm Paul Hastings announced that Amir Ghavi would be appointed as partner and will be leading the firm’s new tech transactions practice.
Before his new role, Ghavi was co-head of the tech transactions practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and served clients such as Palantir, T-Mobile, Microsoft, G42, and Bloomberg, among others.
