A fresh year. I know I’m not alone in my desire to say a curt goodbye to 2008. What an e-ticket ride it’s been, especially for those of us who work within eyesight of Wall Street.
As a cub reporter at Sacramento rock-and-roll radio station K108-FM, I quickly learned that truth, just about always, is stranger than fiction. You just can’t make up this stuff. Novels with 2008 plot lines would be rejected as implausible.
