Winners of the 2008 LTN Vendor Awards were chosen by LTN‘s subscribers, via a secure, webbased poll. Seven other awards recognize the achievements of individuals, firms and law departments, and were selected by an independent jury from LTN‘s Editorial Advisory Board: Andrew Adkins III, director of the Legal Technology Institute at the University of Florida Levin College of Law; Fredric Lederer, law professor and director of the Courtroom 21 Project at the College of William and Mary; and David Whelan, manager, legal information, Great Library, at the Law Society of Upper Canada. The awards were presented on Feb. 2, at Carmine’s Restaurant in Times Square.
