We’ve all had those “Eureka!” moments — where something that should have been absolutely obvious and wasn’t, suddenly becomes crystal clear. Recently, design director Shane DeLeers and I were brainstorming about how to keep evolving LTN to better serve you. We discovered, almost by accident, that our digital edition (a clone of the print version) offers a way to deliver even more content to you. How? In our digital edition, as well as our website, all hyperlinks are live. We’d already been exploiting that on our website but had not realized we had live links on our digital version, we thought it was just print-on-demand.
That inspired us to cross-polinate our LTN reports about e-discovery products and services with our EDD Update blog. Now, on all EDD items, there’s a “tinyurl.” Want more info? Just click on that link, and it will take you right to the post on EDD Update. And within each post on EDD Update is a link to the vendor’s press release.
