Corporate clients — and even individual clients — expect and demand that their law firms use the latest technology tools to keep costs down and maximize efficiencies and quality of work.

But, says Douglas Caddell, too many firms only pay lip service to their technology. They fail to realize that strong tech tools can be the differentiator that can not only pull in new business but help firms exploit the full potential of their client relationships.
