As with all firms, producing client invoices promptly and proficiently is crucial to quality client relationships and continued financial success. Accordingly, we faced a dilemma when our printing process began to run into problems.
Our firm typically sends out 3,500 bills and statements to customers at the end of each month. On average, bills are 10 to 25 pages in length. Most clients receive “multi-matter” bills that group different legal matters within the same invoice. Additionally, invoices may also contain multiple levels of nested tables with complex pagination, formulas, sub-totals and detailed formatting rules.
