As you can see from our Tech Circuit spread on page 36, we kept United Airlines afloat this spring. First, Tom and Gayle O’Connor organized an amazing “New Law: New Orleans Technology Super- Session” May 22-23, to help local practitioners get back up on their feet post-Katrina.
The West Coast gang then gathered in Los Angeles for ALM’s fast-and-furiously busy LegalTech, in our final year at the Westin Bonaventure (Hooray! So not my favorite hotel). Next year, we move to the L.A. Convention Center. Next, the “Small Firm Business Forum” in West Hollywood, followed by a quick trip to Chicago for the gala dinner at the annual Thomson Elite user group. (Kudos to Connie Moser and her troops for an elegant evening.)
