There are many ways to answer these questions, all of which involve various amounts of money, talent, time and, believe it or not, the attention spans of those involved. It’s impossible, or at least impractical, to do 100 percent of EDD employing just one of these variables. Most of us operate in a gray area.
Regardless of methodology, we must contend with some common components of the litigation process from a litigation support perspective. The data and paper need to be collected, culled-filtered-deduped, processed into a common format (or not, if reviewing in native format), then reviewed, produced and referenced in myriad ways in post-production. Let’s look at these steps.
