The idea: users open their browsers and start working. Your data is automatically backed up to a worldwide matrix of servers (“the cloud”) and is available the next time you open the program. With all these benefits under its belt, the only question is whether SaaS is ready for a prime role among practice management tools.
Here are critical criteria to consider before signing up with any SaaS:
- Security: The central concern about SaaS is the safety and security of your client information. Who will have access to the information? Will you be able to access the data at any time? What measures are being taken to assure total security?
